During the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on September 6, the creation of quarterly electronic journals in two Turkmen universities was discussed to widely promote the scientific activities and innovative developments of young domestic scientists in the scientific and educational space of the country and the world.
It was about the scientific-methodological journal "Philology Issues" of the Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after Dovletmammet Azadi and the scientific-practical journal "Innovative Economy and Sustainable Development" of the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management. Both online publications will be available to a wide range of readers on the universities' websites in Turkmen, English and Russian.
The "Philology Issues" e-journal will feature articles by domestic and foreign scholars and students on theoretical and practical issues of philology, the history of world languages and literature, including Turkmen, teaching methodology, translation activities, and more. The main goal of the publication is to support scientific research by students, postgraduates and young scientists, motivating them to participate in research activities and contributing to the development of the national education and science system. Special attention in the journal's publications will be given to reports on new developments, scientific-methodological information and innovations in various areas of scientific-practical research.
The editorial board of the "Philology Issues" e-journal includes scientists and educators from universities and research institutions in Turkmenistan and abroad, which is intended to make the journal's work purposeful and effective. The first issue of the journal presents scientific-methodological articles on current issues of linguistics, literary studies, linguodidactics, and pedagogy, as well as artistic works.
The electronic journal "Innovative Economy and Sustainable Development" will publish materials dedicated to the theory of economics and economic growth, characteristics of the innovative economy, scientific foundations of sustainable development, and issues of the financial-banking system, providing opportunities for experience exchange among scientists, experts, businessmen and students.
The editorial board of the "Innovative Economy and Sustainable Development" e-journal includes domestic and foreign economists. Active work is currently underway to prepare the first issue of the journal, which will soon be available to readers on the institute's website. The creation of electronic journal opens new opportunities for creative and scientific activities for the faculty and students of the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management. The new publication will allow the institute to enhance its international reputation as a scientific-educational center and will contribute to its active integration into the global scientific system.
