On 12 March 2024, Ambassador D.Seyitmammedov met with Rector of Tbilisi State Medical University Irakli Natroshvili.

During the meeting, the sides noted that today Turkmen-Georgian relations are actively developing in many directions. The sphere of education has a tendency of consistent and fruitful development, which is evidenced by the exchange of visits of representatives of universities, joint conferences, seminars and forums.

The parties particularly stressed that the previously signed Agreement on Cooperation between Turkmen State Medical University named after M.Garryev and Tbilisi State Medical University in academic and scientific spheres contributed to further expansion and intensification of cooperation between educational institutions of the two countries.

At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness for further fruitful cooperation and preparation of joint projects and programs that will contribute to the further development of scientific and cultural ties between the two countries.
