Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A.Niyazov will hold an Olympiad in computer science among students’ comprehensive secondary schools in Turkmenistan.
High school students, students 10 and 11, are invited to participate in the Olympiad classes studying computer science and showing interest in the subject, and also demonstrating good academic results.
The Olympics will be held in three rounds. The first and second rounds will be organized in an online format. The first etrap tour will take place locally, in schools of Turkmenistan already on January 15. The second stage of the Olympiad will take place on 17
January on the basis of a number of universities in the capital, the city of Arkadag and the velayats of the country.
Based on the results of the second round, the best computer science experts will meet in the capital to participate in the third stage - the final of the Olympiad, which will be held in full-time format on February 15 and 16 at the Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A. Niyazov.
Assignments for participants were prepared in different areas of computer science with taking into account the school curriculum in this discipline. Working languages Olympiads – Turkmen and Russian.
The winners and runners-up of the competition will be awarded medals and diplomas corresponding degrees.

The Olympiad is aimed at increasing the level of knowledge in the field computer science, stimulating and encouraging youth's interest in studying exact sciences, formation and development of independent work skills in subject using modern digital technologies, identifying the most talented and capable students, as well as strengthening interaction between higher educational institutions and secondary schools in the country through information and communication technologies.
