On October 10, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov took part in the opening ceremony of the monument "Kalbyň şypasy" erected in one of the most beautiful corners of the capital, as well as the reconstructed avenue.

It became a wonderful gift for the professional holiday of healthcare workers and the medical industry.

In the era of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state, under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, an urban development program for Ashgabat initiated by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Hero-Arkadag is being successfully implemented.

In recent years, unique projects for the creation and modernization of modern urban and road transport infrastructure have been implemented in the capital, as in all regions of the Motherland. When developing projects for the construction of facilities, great attention is paid to the environmental component.

The harmonious combination of the natural and urban environment, the formation of green zones, the ecological well-being of the capital, the provision of comfortable living and recreation conditions for people are a clear confirmation that the noble principle of the Hero–Arkadag "The State is for man!" is reflected in the state policy successfully implemented by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

The car of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived at the venue of the celebration, where he was warmly welcomed by those present.

Incendiary song and music performances by masters of culture and art, praising the great reforms being carried out in the country, gave the celebration organized here a unique festive flavor.

Then, addressing the audience, the Hero-Arkadag noted that the solemn events of the Turkmen go on in succession, and these days also celebrate the 300th anniversary of the birth of Mahtumkuli Fragi, our great thinker and poet, whose poems have entered the golden treasury of world literature.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people noted that today the Day of Healthcare Workers and Medical Industry is widely celebrated in the country and congratulated everyone on this significant event.

Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty stressed that the street No. 1970, running from Archabil Shaela to the International Cardiology Center of our beautiful capital, has been completely reconstructed.

– On the occasion of the Day of Healthcare Workers and the Medical Industry, it is a great honor for us to name this street after the famous German cardiac surgeon, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Hans Meisner, – said the Hero-Arkadag.

Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty noted that Turkmen-German relations are developing at a high pace from year to year, as evidenced by the results of the negotiations of the heads of state at the highest level.

Hero-Arkadag emphasized Professor Hans Meisner's great contribution to the development of Turkmen-German relations in the field of healthcare, once again cordially congratulating everyone on this significant event.

Then the floor was given to Professor Hans Meisner, Director of the Cardiology Center in Munich (Federal Republic of Germany).

Noting that it is a great honor for him to take part in today's ceremonies as an honorary guest, Hans Meisner stressed the symbolism of the coincidence of these events with the widely celebrated Day of Healthcare Workers and the Medical Industry in Turkmenistan.

As the guest noted, today's significant celebration was marked by unforgettable moments for him.

– Naming this beautiful street after me, where modern clinics have been built, is a particularly exciting and unforgettable event in my life. Every time I come to Turkmenistan, I am convinced how much the country is being transformed, including the development of the national health system. I am proud that my personal contribution is also there," Hans Meisner stressed.

It is particularly pleasant to note that at the initiative of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, the International Center for the Treatment of Diseases of the Head and Neck Organs, the International Center for the Treatment of Eye Diseases, the International Center for Neurology, the International Center for Endocrinology and Surgery, oncological and Dental Centers, and the International Cardiology Center have been built in this corner. I am sure that these centers make a great contribution to the modernization of the country's healthcare sector, the German doctor said.

Professor Hans Meisner expressed sincere gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people and the President of Turkmenistan for the high appreciation of his work, and also assured that in the future he will share his experience with his Turkmen colleagues.

Then, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, together with the guest, solemnly unveil a sign with the name "Professor Hans Meisner Avenue", installed at the very beginning of it.

White marble Ashgabat, which has the status of the largest business and cultural center in the region, is a unique example of a modern, dynamically developing city – the city of the future. Its architectural appearance harmoniously combines beauty and convenience, achievements of advanced engineering and technical thought and ancient traditions of national architecture.

Hero-Arkadag along with Hans Meisner, follow along the reconstructed avenue on a phaeton and watch the song and music performances organized along the road. Then the National Leader of the Turkmen people gets acquainted with the decorative and architectural features of the new monument "Kalbyň şypasy". At this time, colorful balloons soar into the sky.

Advanced experience and scientific achievements were used in the construction and decoration of the octagon-shaped structure built of marble and granite with landscaping of the adjacent territory.

This monument, as a symbol of the country's state policy, which puts the health of the people at the forefront, will become an ornament to this beautiful corner of our capital.

Academician of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, Doctor of Medical Sciences, professor, author of several fundamental scientific works, Hero-Arkadag stands at the origins of the creation of a unique national health system combining the centuries-old principles of our wise ancestors and the achievements of world medicine.

In this regard, it should be noted that on the initiative of the Hero-Arkadag, large research and diagnostic centers equipped with modern equipment from well-known European companies were built and put into operation in the southern part of the capital.

Among them are the International Center for Diagnosis and Treatment of Diseases of the Head and Neck, the International Center for the Treatment of Eye Diseases, the International Center for Neurology, the International Center for Endocrinology and Surgery, the Scientific and Clinical Center of Oncology and the International Dental Center, as well as the International Cardiology Center.

Today, as a result of the successful implementation under the wise leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov of the socially oriented State program "Saglyk", developed by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, the domestic healthcare system is reaching a qualitatively new level.

As a result of the initiatives of the National Leader of the Turkmen people and the efforts of the head of state in our country, confidently moving forward on the path of progress and prosperity, one of the priorities of state policy is to ensure a healthy, happy and prosperous life of the people.

The infrastructure of the national health system is being consistently developed and modernized, which is regularly replenished with modern medical centers that have no analogues in the Central Asian region, equipped with the latest equipment from leading world manufacturers.

In this regard, it should be noted that among the social medical facilities of the city of Arkadag, built in the foothills of Kopetdag on the initiative of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and thanks to the tireless efforts of the President of the country, there is a multidisciplinary hospital with 350 beds, an oncology Center with 150 beds, a Center for Maternal and Child Health 150 beds, an ambulance center, a health center.

Permission to conclude, in accordance with the Resolutions signed by the President of Turkmenistan at a recent meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, relevant agreements on financing projects for the construction of cancer hospitals in the Balkan, Lebap and Mary velayats, approval of the "National Program of Turkmenistan on Immunoprophylaxis for 2024-2028", "National Strategy of Medical health and Rehabilitation measures in Turkmenistan for 2024-2028", "The National Program for the Development of Physiology in Turkmenistan for 2024-2028", As well as action plans for their implementation, they have become an important step in strengthening the health system.
