The other day at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Turkmenistan has received good news - fourth-year student of the Faculty of International Relations Baynazar Nepesov, following the results of participation in the prestigious international competition, was announced one of the winners and awarded the breast medal "Best Young Scientist- 2023" in the CIS.

This is already becoming a good tradition for the University of future diplomats. Talking about participation in the competition among young scientists of scientific and educational institutions of the Commonwealth, B.Nepesov, somewhat embarrassed, frankly admits that he did not expect such a result. However, it suggests that he was preparing for it very seriously. A year ago, Baynazar was already a participant in an international competition among young scientists at a competition named the well-known diplomat A. Gromyko in the past. Then his work was declared a prize winner. It took a year for the revised and polished abstract on the topic "Diplomatic genius in the chess game of international relations: A.Gromyko" to be declared one of the best.

As teachers and mentors say about B.Nepesov, he is distinguished by a good memory and perseverance in achieving his goal.

Perhaps this is not surprising if you know that the "hero" of his scientific work was also distinguished by these qualities at the time: energy, efficiency, excellent memory, perseverance.

On my own behalf, I can add that the rule that the famous diplomat followed in his life is inherent in the student B.Nepesov today – if you cannot say anything, then it is better not to say anything.

The origins of the acquired qualities of character and dignity of the personality of a very young man are clearly highlighted when you find out in which family he was raised and grew up. The father is a Nepes Nepesov is a geophysicist, Ogulgurban Nepesova's mother works at a local bakery, baking excellent bread products for the population. Today, Baynazar is working hard to improve his English and French, which is much more difficult for a future diplomat without knowledge of languages. In his spare time, he attended and successfully graduated He graduated from the Academy at the UN Regional Center for Preventive Diplomacy and received the appropriate certificate.
